Greetings! We are thrilled to invite all Cagayan de Oro Lodge members to our Taijiquan Lessons. These sessions are scheduled every second and fourth Saturday of every month from 6:00 to 8:00 AM. The subsequent events will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2025, and Saturday, June 28, 2025. These are unique opportunities to raise awareness of one's inner self and connection to nature. Join us to experience the profound benefits of Tai Chi Quan.

The events will occur on Rio de Oro Boulevard, Puntod Area, Cagayan de Oro City.

Taijiquan (Tai Chi) offers numerous benefits, including enhanced physical health, improved mental well-being, and a deeper spiritual connection. It enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health. Additionally, it can reduce stress, improve mood, enhance cognitive function, and promote better sleep. Taijiquan is also beneficial for managing pain, improving balance, and supporting weight loss.
