BEHIND THE SCENES
The XCMHR is so blessed to have very supportive people who took effort and time, and helped prepare the materials (e.g., cut ribbons, printed the coloring and worksheets, hand-outs, bookmarks, and purchased and sort materials), and set up and cleaned-up the booth, the walls and the event area.
And with God's blessing and for His glory, our event did well and served well

OUR IMPACT:

On event day (October 7-9, 2025) 304 officially registered, received our MH tools, and engaged with us to celebrate the 2025 World Mental Health Day. We had families, teachers, MH advocates, students, employees from e.g., the VIPC, NMMC, USTP, Balubal NHS, DepEd, LDCU, CSFL, XU, CU, COMC, Tablon NHS, Donsolihon NHS, Tagpangi NHS, VFI, Corpus Cristi, Image of God Academy, MOGHS, Phinma COC, Macabalan NHS, LGU, City Central School, Bulua Central School, Lumbia NHS, Lapasan NHS, Pagatpat NHS, PTR, Macasandig NHS, Indahag, NHS, PCS, Canitoan NHS, Bayabas NHS, Lourdes College, Corrales Elementary School, West City Central School, CCS, DSWD X.

Before the Mall event, 141 XU Psych students also did their coloring and reflections in their classrooms (September 30 and October 2, 2025). With a total of 542 coloring outputs (or engagements), we had 401 outputs of XU teachers, counselors, formators, administrators and staff and of the Centrio Mall goers.

When one is given the chance to pause, to think, feel, and color, something gentle is awakened. One recalls, remembers, reviews, and redefines. One appreciates, values, dreams and hopes again. And this experience knows no boundaries (e.g., age, gender, affiliation) and whether we are alone or surrounded by friends or family. The heart or mind still finds its way to meaning.
