A lot of people have been asking:
"Why does it seem like a lot of people take food supplements but still get sick? ”
🌿 Supplements are good... but they are not magic.
Many people take vitamins—Vitamin C, multivitamins, collagen, whatever else. But why is it still sick?
Here’s the simple explanation 👇
💊 Supplements give nutrients.
But...
🫁 Cells need OXYGEN to function properly.
No matter how many vitamins you have, if the oxygen delivery to the cells is not enough, the body will still find it difficult to repair, detox, and fight inflammation.
Remember this:
✔ Nutrients are the “materials”
✔ Oxygen is the “spark” that helps cells produce energy
Inside our cells, there’s something called mitochondria — it’s the “powerhouse” of cells. To produce energy (ATP), they need oxygen. If oxygen is lacking, energy production decreases → immune response gets weaker → more prone to fatigue, inflammation, and infection.
🧠 Why is there low oxygen in the body?
• Stress
• Poor breathing habits (shallow breathing)
• Lack of exercise
• Poor circulation
• Pollution
• Chronic inflammation
Doesn't mean supplements are useless anymore. But if the approach is not holistic (nutrition + oxygenation + movement + hydration + rest), the support is lacking.
✨ As a nurse, I always tell people:
It's not just "what you drink" that counts.
More important: “How oxygenated are your cells? ”
Because health starts at the cellular level.
