I was sooo Agarafied this morning! I originally wanted to wait until I hit 30 lbs down, but after seeing the picture of me posted on my daughter’s school bulletin from November 2025, I decided not to wait.
Today I’m officially down 28.8 lbs.
No exercise.
No filter.
Just me and a cup of coffee.
I’m feeling more energized, sleeping better, and so proud of how far I’ve come. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be celebrated.
