🚭 Say NO to smoking—for our loved ones
🩺 Monitor blood pressure as a family habit
🥗 Choose low-fat, heart-healthy meals at home
⚖️ Support each other in maintaining a healthy weight
🩸 Regularly check blood sugar for early prevention
🏃‍♀️ Move together—walk, exercise, and stay active as a family
🥦 Serve more vegetables and nutritious food on the family table
