Binnovate Digital Media is a leading digital health start-up in the field of Nephrology with an extensive presence in the US, EU (The Netherlands and Germany), and The Philippines.

Our Client Services Division had experienced a breakthrough since the pandemic hit. We tapped into other healthcare industries and help these companies recover customers and sales through Humanized Healthcare Prospecting. Thus, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in our mission to help others take back what this pandemic had taken away.

📌Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Client Services Division (CSD) in the creation and ex*****on of content strategies.
- Create email sequences, and analyze results for the creation of succeeding email templates and sequences.
- Create original, highly compelling, useful, and innovative content for the different stages of the CSD customer journey funnel.
- Brainstorm, create and collaborate with the creative team on projects (e.g. marketing campaigns, video/motion graphic content, etc.)

📌Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-year experience in writing for digital or web content
- Knowledgeable in SEO/SEM is desirable
- A highly skilled writer who can also add a little personality to their web content.
- An excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
- A value-centric approach and commitment to doing meaningful and impactful work for clients across time zones and cultures.
- Will have a results-oriented attitude to ensure the completion of projects based on key performance indicators.
- Has a detail and quality-oriented approach to content creation
- Preferrably Cagayan de Oro or Region X-based

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What is an SDR?*
A sales development representative (SDR) is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don’t focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a healthcare-related field is a PLUS
- At least 3 years experience in outbound sales calls and email follow-ups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Outbound Sales (Email) experience is a PLUS
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Mailshake or other CRM software
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
