Every November, we come together as one nation—united for health, awareness, and shared responsibility.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 124, series of 2001, the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) leads the annual observance of the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week, held every third week of November to strengthen public awareness and encourage collective action against the ill effects of drug abuse.

This year’s commemoration will run from 16 to 22 November 2025, carrying the theme:

The Department of Health Center for Health Development – Northern Mindanao (DOH CHD-NM) invites all interested and qualified individuals to the DOH Nationwide Job Fair 2025.

𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗗𝗢𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗗-𝗡𝗠 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲

The Department of Health - Center for Health Development Northern Mindanao (DOH-CHD NM) issues this urgent advisory to warn the public about the fraudulent actions of an individual purportedly known as 𝗦𝘂𝘇𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺, who is falsely claiming to be a representative of this agency.

𝗜𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗶𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗢𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗗-𝗡𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗢𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗗-𝗡𝗠 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝘂𝘇𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Furthermore, there is initial showing that the products she is selling are allegedly not registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The sale and distribution of unregistered health products pose serious risks to public health and safety, as their quality, safety, and efficacy have not been evaluated.

We remind the public that DOH CHD-NM does not authorize or endorse any individual and/or personnel to sell medical products or supplements. Any such claim is entirely false, misleading and a form of scam.

We urge the public, particularly our senior citizens and their families, to be extra cautious. Please do not engage in any transactions with this individual or any person making similar claims. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to your nearest DOH office, local government authority, or law enforcement agency.

Let us remain vigilant in protecting our communities from scammers who exploit public trust for personal gain.
