Wrapping up Year 1 of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) learning sessions for the offices under the Hospital Administration.

Last November 20-21,2025, we are grateful for Ms April Nestlie Piasan and Mr. Ian Camugao from One Consultancy Services who shared their knowledge and expertise in LDP session 4's Coaching and Mentoring Workshop. We will surely carry and apply the insights imparted to each of the participants.

We also thank the participants, administration and team members who supported this endeavour.

Last October 10, 2025, the HR Department together with our HR interns from LDCU conducted another Leadership Development Program (LDP) for Directors and Managers under Hospital Administrator's Office.

The LDP learning session 3 talks about, "Handling Conflict Management: Practical and Legal Perspectives". This was discussed by our invited resources speaker, Atty. Chubasco Cenen T. Caiña.

The Human Resources Department successfully wrapped up the 2nd session of our Leadership Development Program (LDP) last August 5, 2025, in collaboration with the Hospital Administrator’s Office.

Through this program, we aim to equip and empower our leaders with essential leadership skills and strategies to inspire teams and drive positive change across the organization.
