The Nursing Service Department conducted a training on Basic Operating Room Procedures to equip healthcare staff with essential competencies in maintaining sterility, proper surgical protocols, and teamwork inside the operating room.

The CDO Polymedic Medical Plaza, Inc. (CPMP), is a private tertiary health care facility which was operational in April 4, 2009. With a registered capacity of 150 beds consisting of Suite, De Luxe, Standard, Semi-Private, Ward, 10 Adult ICU Beds, 7 Pedia ICU beds, and 2 beds for Stroke Unit. CDO Polymedic Medical Plaza, Inc. is both accredited by the Department of Health and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation. With numerous Doctors’ clinics, it is fully departmentalized with subspecialties on the following, but not limited to: Sleep Apnea Center, General Wellness Center, Stroke Rehab Center and Medical Consultant’s Clinics.
CDO Polymedic Medical Plaza, Inc. also acts as the flagship hospital of Polymedic Medical Group, a network of hospitals in Cagayan de Oro City that caters to patients not just within the city but to the entire Northern Mindanao, which in response to the spurring growth of the region. This network is further supported by a strong referral system between the group of hospitals due to its adoption of a quality management system that serves the needs of its core customers.
As part of its commitment to deliver continual improvements in quality health care, this hospital has undergone several accreditations from external parties. On November 6, 2015, the hospital successfully became the 1st private hospital in city to be certified on ISO 9001:2008 Standards by TUV-SUD with Certificate Registration No. TUV100 05 3398. It also received its Tri-partite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards (TCCLS) by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) with Certificate No. TCCLS 115-A- ROX-160429- 003 last May 1, 2016. Most recently, it had undergone a successful certification by the Investors in People (IiP) last January 26, 2017 with Accreditation No. IiP PH 260607-1706.
