We've just concluded our year ender Led class this morning. It has been a great practice year with the beautiful women of Ashtanga CDO.

Thank you ladies for showing up and for sharing your beautiful stories. Your practice has evolved and you have become stronger inside and out. We have missed the other ladies but we will certainly see them soon.

To you..rain.a , thank you for always opening your beautiful space for us to end the year. It has been three years with you and we're looking forward to the next one .🙏
