Posted for awareness of clients and a call for proper professional training for those who wanted to do the Microneedling service.
I saw this picture posted on one of the forums and here is my take on this...
Results of hyperpigmentation and bruising after microneedling is not normal.
Possibilities could be that tevhnician used wromg method or the client might have unforeseen health conditions that could cause easy bruising.
Thats why proper assessment before performance of procedure is a must and proper traiming is also a must for technicians who will handle the clients.
My comments on this:
Not normal at all. Possible causes can be:
1. No lubrication as medium used
2. Too much suction
3. Too deep
4. Too slow movement or maybe stamping withblibg period of suction done
5. May be on health issues like blood related health issues or diabetic.
Reasoms might be any of these above possibilities specially that clients skin is dark skin.
The skin is darker in color thus longer suction maybhave caused hyperpigmentation or bruises
Darker skin needs special attention caise it can bruise or HP easily
Also the skin seemed to have its natural uneven color with some areas darker tha. The rest. This may have been caused by sun exposure causing skin HP or diabetic patients' skim also look like this
