โข Provides support to the Regulatory Department by overseeing product registration, renewal of licenses, and coordination with regulatory agencies such as the FDA, PhilGEPS, PDEA, and IPO.
โข This role ensures that all permits, Certificates of Product Registration (CPRs), and related documentation are current, properly filed, and compliance with relevant regulations.
โข The Regulatory Pharmacist also conducts quality control and assurance assessments, monitors changes in regulatory requirements, assists in bidding preparations, supports product training, and contributes to retention initiatives.
โข Additionally, the role safeguards critical regulatory documents, supports compliance programs, and helps maintain the overall safety, efficacy, and quality of company products.

โข Preferably with 1-2 years regulatory experience (especially importation process)
โข Ensure compliance with FDA, PDEA, and other regulatory requirements
โข Knowledgeable in all FDA related (Drug, Food, Cosmetics, and Medical Device) new product and renewal applications
โข Knowledgeable in Veterinary Registration is a PLUS
โข Can assist with Market Research about new products
โข Good attention to details and can work under pressure
โข Can provide knowledge to sales team regarding product information
โข Conduct periodic compliance audits (FDA Visits)
โข Willing to apply license for as Importer, Distributor, and Retails for all centers
