In preparation for our upcoming One-Day Men’s Volleyball League, we met with the Cainta Reproductive Wellness & Social Hygiene Clinic to strengthen our advocacy.

This initiative goes beyond the game—it is a platform to promote awareness, education, and responsible action toward HIV prevention. Together, we play with purpose and stand for health, dignity, and informed communities.

The PAW-ibig Year 2 Feeding Program for stray dogs was successfully conducted in three (3) Barangays in Cainta, bringing nourishment and care to over 150 stray dogs. This initiative is a testament to what compassion, teamwork, and genuine love for animals can achieve.

Every bowl filled was more than just food, it was a reminder that these dogs are seen, valued, and cared for.

This is only Year 2, and we are committed to doing more, reaching farther, and continuing to spread kindness to our furry friends.

Happy PAW-ibig Month everyone!

Last February 6, a Strategic and Succession Planning session was conducted by the Board of Directors. It was a fruitful and engaging meeting where we had meaningful discussions, aligned our vision and priorities, and laid down clear directions for the future. The activity allowed us to identify potential leaders, ensure continuity of programs, and strengthen our commitment to sustainable and impactful service.

With shared insights, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose, the BODs reaffirmed that this is not a one-term effort but a long-term mission to build a stronger team for the years ahead.

Our 2026 President, Khym Methel Buguias of JCI Cainta, successfully led the Got Heart Project at PFCI Cainta, Rizal last January 17 2026. The activity highlighted the importance of blood donation as a simple yet powerful way to save lives and support those in need.

This morning, JCI Cainta hosted Developing Confidence: Personality Enhancement & Effective Public Speaking, with JCI Makati as our co-host for this meaningful project.

The session focused on helping participants understand themselves better, enhance their personal presence, and overcome the fear of speaking in front of others. Through practical tips, real-life examples, and engaging activities, our attendees learned how confidence begins from within—how posture, tone, mindset, and preparation all play a role in becoming a more effective communicator.

Thank you, NSDD Heaven Peñaflorida, for generously sharing your insights and empowering everyone to find their voice. You reminded us that confidence is not about perfection, but about believing in ourselves and having the courage to be heard.
