Tropical Disturbance (LPA) {Remnants of TD 17W) continues to struggle while over Western Micronesia as strong upper-level winds (aka. Wind Shear) are disrupting its circulation…likely to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow afternoon. Global Typhoon Guidance Models are dissipating the system as it tracks across the Visayas this weekend through Tuesday, Nov 21.

Distance 1: 340 km east-southeast of Koror, Palau (FSM)
