Ms. Aurora Rico of Richy Soy, undergoing product development consultation with Chef Norita Martinez Badong where Ms. Au learns how to process soya beans into soy sauce or Kikoman sauce which she fully intend to pursue production of organic & non-GMO soya beans which she grows in her farm, right here in Cam Sur.

This particular session she learns how to innoculate the soya beans with Aspergillus Oryzae. Hopefully her soy sauce product line as well as her tofu will be Cam Sur's pride in the near future.

This project is under Dti Camarines Sur food processors product development program.
