Raw plant-based culinary opened a new discipline—

Meet Trizia.
A Public Health Nutritionist who has served the Philippine government for over a decade—and now, a proud Studio Plantmaed alumna of our Raw Plant-Based Culinary Program.

There is a different kind of fulfillment when health professionals choose to go deeper—not just into knowledge, but into practice. Trizia came with years of public health experience, yet stepped into our raw plant-based kitchen with curiosity, humility, and joy.

Witnessing her explore raw plant-based cuisine—where nutrition, integrity, and creativity meet—reaffirms why Studio Plantmaed exists. This is where evidence-based health meets conscious preparation, and where food is respected in its most natural, life-giving form.

By accident… turned into purpose.

Marga joined the Plant Chef Training Program last year — not with a big plan, but with a heart full of love.
A producer by profession, she and her husband run a multimedia production & management business while raising four beautiful kids 💛

Life was (and still is) busy.
But when her husband began his CKD healing journey, something shifted.
Out of love, she made space — in between deadlines, motherhood, and supporting her partner — to learn how food could become part of healing.

At first, Marga was hesitant.
She had little kitchen experience and doubted if she could really do it.

But here’s the truth we always believe in at Studio Plantmaed:
✨ There is always time and a way for those who truly want to learn — especially those who love their family enough to build a healthier future.

Today, Marga is no longer “just” a producer.
She is a mom, a wife, a healer-in-the-kitchen, and now — soon to be one of our trainers in our new program 🌿
