TestimOny IRREGULAR MENSTRUATION

WHY IS MILKCA SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN????🤔

Kapag pregnant po mandatory na pinapatake ng mga OB gyne ng Calcium!!

Bakit po???? This is to ensure healthy bone development ng baby. Kapag deficient po sa calcium un nanay, wala syang enough calcium na mabibigay sa baby and worst case nagcacause po sya ng mabilis na pagkasira at pagkabungi ng ngipin ng nanay during pregnancy.

Normally either pinagtatake ng OB is calciumade/caltrate, pero highly synthetic meds po ito kaya kung madami naintake madalas nagcacause ng kidney stone or gall stone.
