• Gumamit ng N95 face mask o gas mask
• Uminom ng maraming tubig upang maibsan ang iritasyon o paninikip ng daluyan ng paghinga
• Magpatingin agad sa doctor o sa barangay health unit kung kinakailangan

Taliwas sa kaalaman ng nakararami, hindi lamang sa ihi ng daga nagmumula ang bakterya na nagdudulot ng Leptospirosis.

Kung kaya’t ang pagpapanatili ng malinis na kapaligiran ay ang pangunahing sandata upang maiwasan ang sakit na dulot ng bakteryang ito.

Asian Hospital and Medical Center joins the international movement of raising awareness on issues surrounding HIV this National HIV Testing Day.

National HIV Testing Day (NHTD) is observed each year on June 27 to highlight the importance of HIV testing. The Kalambenyong Doktor of June is Dr. Chinee Ercia-Velasco. She graduated medicine at University of San Beda Manila. She finished her Internal Medicine training at Asian Hospital and Medical Center. Currently she is affiliated with Aventus Medical Care Inc - Calamba, Laguna, Calamba Doctors’ Hospital and Calamba City Health Office.

1.What are your aspirations for Calamba’s healthcare system?

I hope that we can make the medical treatment more accessible in our beloved city of Calamba. Calambeños receiving affordable and quality health care services. In addition to that, creating a patient-centered services that can help to reduce hospital stays, lower medical costs and provide affordable options to patients and their families.

2.What is your favorite memory in Calamba?
