Never show the reference number to your customer. Just dictate it or write it down and give it to them.

Earlier this day at around 11:25 am, isang lalaki na nagngangalang Alexander de Vera is nagpacash in ng halagang ₱190.00 at hiningi ang reference na willingly naman pinakita sakanya. Subalit nung pinakita sknya ang reference, nagsend sya ng code sa cp number sa number ng aming gcash at hinintay na dumating ang code bago nya pinicturan para mcapture ung code na sinend nya. Makikita sa cctv na may hawak syang 2
Phone, ung isa gamit na pangpicture at ung isa naman is mukhang ito ang gamit nya para makakuha ang code. Mapapansin ang lalaki na tumingin sa isang cp nya nung magppic na sya. Nasa kabuuang ₱9,035.00 ang nakuha sa gcash account namin. Kung may nakakakilala sknya, ipagbigay alam nyo lang po samin.

Triny na po namin tawagan at imessage ang number pero hnd po nya kami sinasagot at mukhang blinock na din po kami.
