PuroKalusugan Activity at Brgy. Kahayag, Pangangan Island

Today, March 10, 2026, our team successfully carried out a PuroKalusugan Activity together with PhilHealth YAKAP Registration at Brgy. Kahayag, Pangangan Island.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen community health programs, raise public health awareness, and ensure that residents have easier access to essential healthcare services and PhilHealth membership.

By working together with the community, we continue our mission to bring quality and accessible healthcare closer to every resident.

Subay sa Memorandum nga gipagawas sa Office of the President nga nagpatuman sa Four-Day Work Week Schedule aron makatabang sa energy conservation, ug tungod sa kasamtangang panghitabo sa Middle East nga nakaapekto sa pagtaas sa presyo sa krudo, ang LGU–Calape mosunod sa maong memorandum.

Busa, among ipahibalo sa tanang pasyente nga ang bag-ong working hours sa Calape Primary Care Facility mao ang mosunod:

Alang sa among pinangga nga mga pasyente,

Mao kini ang 𝗴𝗶𝘆𝗮 sa pag-avail sa 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗣:

1. Siguraduha nga rehistrado ka isip miyembro o dependent. Kinahanglan adunay 12-digit PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN).

2. Pilia ang YAKAP Clinic pinaagi sa eGovPH app, PhilHealth Member Portal, o bisitaha ang pinakaduol nga PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office.
Pwede usab ka mobisita dinhi sa Calape Primary Care Facility alang sa assistance.

3. Magpa-First Patient Encounter (FPE) sa napili nga YAKAP Clinic alang sa medical history taking, health screening, ug health education.

4. Pirmahi ang Mutual Care Agreement (MCA) o YAKAP Empanelment Slip (YES) aron pagtugot nga ikaw padayon nga atimanon sa imong napiling YAKAP Clinic.

5. Magpadayon sa regular nga konsultasyon aron maka-avail sa dugang nga serbisyo sama sa Cancer Screening Test, laboratory tests, ug pipila ka mga tambal, depende sa rekomendasyon sa doktor sa YAKAP Clinic.

TB iDOTS ACCREDITATION RENEWAL

Today, March 4, 2026 our facility proudly and successfully renews its 3-Year TB iDOTS Accreditation from the Department of Health after once again meeting all the required standards and guidelines.

This milestone is more than just a recognition—it reflects our team’s unwavering dedication, hard work, and steadfast commitment to delivering quality TB services under the National Tuberculosis Program.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the PHO/Regional DOH NTP Core Team for their guidance, support, and trust in our facility.

We remain committed to strengthening TB care in our community and will continue to serve with excellence, compassion, and integrity.

Municipal Coastal Clean-Up Drive

The personnel of the Calape Primary Care Facility, headed by our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Mary Therese N. Arreza, actively participated in the Municipal Coastal Clean-Up Drive held today, February 28, 2026.

Together with the different departments of LGU–Calape and other partner agencies, we united in promoting environmental protection, sustainability, and a cleaner, safer coastline for our community.

Let us continue working hand in hand to keep Calape clean, safe, and healthy for everyone!

🩸 Mobile Blood Donation Drive 🩸

Our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make our Mobile Blood Donation Drive a success last February 16, 2026 — led by the Calape Primary Care Facility under the guidance of Municipal Health Officer Dr. Mary Therese N. Arreza, and with the full support of the Local Government Unit of Calape headed by Mayor Junie N. Yu Jr..

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our blood donors for sharing the gift of life, and to the dedicated team of Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center for their invaluable assistance. We also recognize the support of our partner agencies — the Department of Health and the DOH - National Voluntary Blood Services Program.

This collaboration reflects our united commitment to saving lives and promoting the health and well-being of our community.

Ang Leptospirosis usa ka seryosong sakit nga makuha kung ang panit labi na kung adunay samad ma-expose sa tubig baha nga may ihi sa ilaga o ubang hayop.

Aron malikayan ang sakit:
✅ Likayi ang paglangoy o paglaktod sa baha.
✅ Gamit ug bota o protective gear kung kinahanglan molabang sa tubig baha.
✅ Hugasi dayon ang lawas ug limpyoha ang samad kung mabasa sa baha.
✅ Kung magsugod ug hilanat, kasakit sa kalawasan, o panakit sa mata ug tiyan — adto dayon sa pinakamalapit nga health center o ospital.

Ang paglikay mas maayo kaysa pagtambal. Mag-amping kanunay!
Ampingi ang imong kahimsog sa panahon sa bagyo. 🌧️
