WE ARE HIRING: LICENSED PSYCHOMETRICIAN

DIP Medical & Laboratory, Inc. is expanding its team and is looking for a Licensed Psychometrician who can support our commitment to quality, professionalism, and ethical practice in all employee-related assessments and psychological services.

Qualifications:
• Must be a Licensed Psychometrician
• Experience in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Fresh board passers are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests for applicants and employees
• Prepare clear and accurate psychological assessment reports
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of all test results
• Assist HR in employee wellness, profiling, and other related programs
• Coordinate with management to support staffing and evaluation needs

Location: DIP Medical & Laboratory, Inc.
Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Mondays through Saturdays
