What are the signs and symptoms of this disease?
- When you have stomach and duodenal ulcers, the body will appear specific symptoms. However, with mild cases, the disease has just started, it is difficult to recognize. Because the first symptom of peptic ulcers is a dull ache that persists. This symptom causes many people to mistake the disease for a common stomachache.
To know more about the disease, we need to observe more closely the following symptoms:
Pain in the epigastrium (abdomen above the navel). This is one of the main signs of stomach and duodenal ulcers. If duodenal ulcer, the pain will usually appear on fasting or 2-3 hours after eating, the more the night and near the morning, the pain will increase in intensity.
