‼️PREVENTING FOREIGN BODY INCIDENTS‼️

✅Always supervise your children!
✅Keep small objects out of reach.
✅Follow age-appropriate toy guidelines.
✅Avoid toys with detachable small parts.
✅Supervise meals and avoid high-risk foods (whole grapes, nuts, popcorn, hard candy).
✅Cut food into small, manageable pieces.
✅Teach children not to put objects in their mouth, nose, or ears.

‼️When to seek help?‼️

✅If choking occurs, seek emergency care immediately.
✅If an object is stuck in the ear, nose, or eye, do not attempt to remove it forcefully.
✅Watch for warning signs: coughing, difficulty breathing, pain, bleeding, or infection.
