Recently, We've received a lot of messages from patients that are located far away from where we can render service. And it saddens us to think that these people cannot get the quality of care that they deserve just because they can't find a Physical Therapist near them.

And so, We are very happy to announce that we have decided to help patients look for Physical Therapists that can care for their rehabilitation/fitness needs.

Here are some things you should know about this service:

1. We will help you look for a Physical Therapist that can render Physical Therapy services.

2. Our service ONLY ends the moment you receive your 1st PT session. Don't like/ Not comfortable with the PT we referred to you? No worries! We'll look for another until we can find a Physical Therapist suitable for you!

3. This service is free 2 weeks from the date of this posting. After that, we will be charging a low low locator's fee of 350 pesos.

Goodmorning!

Hope everyone's doing okay this quarantine period.

Here's some reminders to keep yourself and your family healthy at home:

1. Keep your surroundings clean! - This not only protects you from the virus, but other diseases as well such as malaria, dengue and other pest-borne diseases!

2. Keep yourself healthy and clean! - Remember, your immune system is your own personal "frontliner". So eat good amount of vegetables, meats and fruits! Take supplemental vitamins if you need to. And don't forget to take a bath 2x per day and wash your hands regularly with soap and water.

3. Exercise! - Don't forget to keep your body active this period. Dont let yourself get eaten by your bed and couch! There are lots of youtube videos you can watch to get that body of yours moving. Surprise and impress your friends and co workers by gaining some muscle and losing some of those persistent fats!

4. And don't forget, keep yourself informed about the issue at hand. Do not post/share any news without verifying it with credible sources. Remember, mental health is just as important as physical health. And sharing unverified/fake information may cause unnecessary unease and anxiety to those around you.
