🩸 Give Blood, Save Lives ❤️

The Philippine Pharmacists Association CaMaNaVa Chapter proudly joined the Philippine Red Cross in a Blood Donation Drive held last March 14, 2026 at WalterMart Caloocan.
This meaningful activity reflects our shared commitment to promoting community health, compassion, and volunteerism. Blood donation remains one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to help save lives—supporting patients in emergencies, surgeries, and those battling serious illnesses who rely on a safe and steady blood supply.
As pharmacists, our role in public health goes beyond medicines. The PPhA CaMaNaVa Chapter continues to support health initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and encourage people to participate in life-saving advocacies such as blood donation.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Philippine Red Cross team and all the generous donors who shared their time and kindness to give the gift of life.

❤️ Saving Lives Through the Gift of Blood 🩸

In celebration of the UE Caloocan Week Celebration 2026, the Philippine Pharmacists Association - CaMaNaVa Chapter proudly collaborated in the Blood Donation Drive held at University of the East Caloocan. This meaningful initiative reflects our shared commitment to community health, compassion, and service.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the dedicated partners who made this activity possible: the Philippine Red Cross – Caloocan Chapter, the UE Red Cross Youth Council – UE Caloocan and Manila Chapters, and Sir Roger Espiritu, as well as to all the selfless blood donors who volunteered to give the gift of life.

Blood donation is a vital act of humanity. A single donation can help save multiple lives—supporting patients undergoing surgery, trauma victims, individuals with chronic illnesses, and many others who depend on a safe and adequate blood supply.

As healthcare professionals, pharmacists advocate not only for the safe and rational use of medicines, but also for public health initiatives that protect and sustain lives. Through partnerships like this, the PPhA CaMaNaVa Chapter continues to support programs that strengthen community health and promote a culture of volunteerism and compassion.

✨ Showcasing the Role of Pharmacists in Public Health 💊🌍

A Digital poster was created by the students of Our Lady of Fatima University under the Public Health Pharmacy course. This highlights the many important roles pharmacists play in protecting and promoting community health.

Through creative visual presentations, the students illustrated how pharmacists contribute as healthcare advocates, immunization partners, medication therapy managers, and public health educators. These outputs aim to promote the pharmacy profession to the public and raise awareness of the pharmacist’s vital role in disease prevention and health promotion.

We commend the students for their creativity and commitment in advancing public health and strengthening the visibility of the pharmacy profession. 👏💚

✨ Celebrating a meaningful milestone in literacy and community service! ✨

The Philippine Pharmacists Association CaMaNaVa Chapter was honored to participate in the Pastoral Ministry Culminating Activity for the “Unang Hakbang Literacy Program” held on March 5, 2026 at San Jose Academy in Navotas City.

We proudly witnessed the graduation of the students who successfully completed the program—an inspiring reminder that education is truly the first step toward a brighter future. 📚🌟

Our heartfelt congratulations to the graduates, the dedicated teachers, volunteers, and the Pastoral Ministry for their commitment to empowering young minds through literacy.

The proposed amended Constitution and By-Laws of the Philippine Pharmacists Association, Inc., which was approved for ratification by the current PPhA Board last Feb 20, 2026, is scheduled for ratification on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, during the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗣𝗵𝗔 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Members are encouraged to read and review the document, which is available on the PPhA website:
https://philippinepharmacists.org and may be accessed by logging into your respective PIDS account.

Please refer to the cover letter attached to the amended CBL in PIDS for guidance on the importance to ratify these amendments and other reminders.
