Position Overview:
Rayben's Fitness Gym seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer (Coach) to guide clients through tailored fitness routines in a gym setting. This role is crucial for inspiring clients to lead healthier lifestyles through safe, effective exercise programs, personalized instruction, and motivation. Personal Trainers at Rayben's Fitness Gym are more than instructors; they delve into clients' fitness challenges and motivations, helping to set and achieve realistic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Exercise Demonstration
✔️ Safety and Injury Prevention
✔️ Customized Program Adjustments
✔️ Progress Monitoring
✔️ Emergency Response
✔️ Facility Maintenance
✔️ Sales and Promotion

Job Criteria:
✔️ Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness, with a drive to help others achieve their goals.
✔️ Attitude and Adaptability: Positive working attitude and adaptability to various work environments.
✔️ Communication Skills: Outgoing, approachable, with strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients.
