Love is Truthful

Lumaki tayo sa kasabihang, “Honesty is the best policy”. Do you practice honesty and truthfulness in the way you conduct business? Isa sa mga katangian ng pag-ibig na mababasa natin sa 1 Corinthians 13:6 ay ito, “Love does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;”

Magandang araw, ako si Maloi Malibiran-Salumbides para sa Protips, partner mo sa trabaho at negosyong puno ng inspirasyon at pag-ibig.

Mayroon akong ilang mungkahi kung paano tayo magkakaroon ng mas loving workplace sa pamamagitan ng pagiging tapat at totoo.

1) Speak the truth at all times. Gawing lifestyle ang pagsasabi ng katotohanan. Magiging mas simple ang buhay mo kung palagi kang tapat at walang itinatago. Sakaling nagkamali ka at humantong ito sa pagkawala ng isang deal o pagka-antala ng isang proyekto, aminin mo ang totoo at pangatawanan ito. Huwag mong ibaling ang sisi sa iba. Huwag mong sisihin ang traffic, dahil matagal na naman nating nararanasan iyan. Tell the truth instead of inventing excuses to get you off the hook.

2) Stop spreading gossip and unwholesome talk. Isa yata sa paboritong past-time ng maraming nagtatrabaho ay ang pag-usapan ang buhay ng may buhay. Mabuti kung ang pinagkukuwentuhan natin ay ang tagumpay at magandang buhay ng ibang tao. Pero kung ang laman ng usapan ninyo ay ang problema o misfortunes ng inyong ka-opisina, may kailangang magbago. Spreading gossip is not a loving act. It is a form of betrayal. At hindi ito nakabubuti sa ating samahan sa trabaho. Spread love not gossip.

3) Be truthful about your products and services. Iwasang mangako ng mangako kung alam mo namang hindi mo ito magagawa. Mas mabuting ipaalam mo sa iyong kliyente ang iyong mga limitasyon kaysa paasahin sa isang bagay na hindi naman mangyayari. Ang tiwala ng iyong kliyente ay priceless. Mahirap itong tubusin kapag nawala.

Speak the truth at all times, stop spreading gossip and unwholesome talk, be truthful about your products and services. Ano pa ang mga paraan para ipamuhay ang pag-ibig sa pamamagitan ng pagiging tapat at totoo diyan sa iyong trabaho? Iyong pag-isipan at aksyunan.
