Executive Order No. 29 Series of 2025

DECLARING THE SUSPENSION OF CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS AND WORK IN PUBLIC OFFICES IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR ON 10 NOVEMBER 2025, AS A PREEMPTIVE MEASURE IN RESPONSE TO TYPHOON “UWAN” (FUNG-WONG).

As for the Animal Bite Treatment Center, we will only cater patients under Category Bite 3. Those scheduled for their follow-up vaccines will be re-scheduled on the resumption of ABTC.

ABTC and Outpatient consultation will resume on November 11, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Outpatient consultation is suspended tomorrow, September 23, 2025 due to the forecasted heavy rainfall caused by Super Typhoon Nando. However, the Emegency Room is open 24 hours for medical services.

Outpatient consultation will resume on Wednesday barring unforeseen circumstances.
