This private Hospital was founded in 1984 by the dedicated couple Dr. Modesto Pacquing & Mrs Evelyn Pacquing after years of training in Healthcare in Frankfurt Germany. With almost 3 decades of unsurpassed dedication to cater the city and its neighboring towns in Ilocos Sur, the Hospital strives further of bringing 1st class hospital services to its people. Through the years, the hospital has also served to be the link of Lions Club International in Northern Philippines to offer Charity Services to the less fortunate and through its "Sight First" project ( The organization's dedication to preventing blindness- Saving Sight for Millions of People Around World).
