URGENT HIRING for HR Officer - Admin, Timekeeping & Payroll / Secretary
1. Has at least 1-2 years of experience with HR Duties.
2. Familiar with government requirements for both employee and employer side.
3. Familiar with the labor code and is up to date with any changes.
4. Experienced in running payroll. Any knowledge of any payroll system is a plus
5. Experience in handling employee disciplinary actions and dismissals.
6. Willing to go to government agencies to resolve any issues on behalf of the company.
7. Must be very organized and be able to work with top management to give periodic updates or point out potential issues.
8. Team player
* 8-hour shift 9AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
* 15-16K Starting salary plus benefits
* Workplace: Carmenville Subdivision Office
