✅ Indications / Who Can Use
• Breastfeeding women (safe during lactation)
• Women who cannot tolerate estrogen
• Women with a history of migraine with aura
• Women over 35 years old who smoke
• Women with controlled hypertension or diabetes
• Those who prefer a hormonal but low-dose contraceptive option

⚠️ Contraindications / Who Should Not Use
• Known or suspected pregnancy
• Unexplained vaginal bleeding
• Current breast cancer
• Severe liver disease or liver tumors
• Allergy to any component of the pill

Another patient I had during my training days in TPH is Mam Virgie. She was suffering from endometriosis and experiencing severe dysmenorrhea (cyclic pelvic pain during menstruation). I’m glad that she came to my private clinic for her follow-up check-up and now free from dysmenorrhea! 😄✨
