‼️ANO ANG COLON CANCER?

Ang colon cancer ay isang uri ng sakit sa large intestine o colon, ang ibabang bahagi ng iyong sistemang panunaw. Ang re**al cancer naman ay kung ang kanser ay matatagpuan sa huling apat na pulgada ng bituka. Ang sakit na ito ay kadalasang tinatawag na colore**al cancer.

SINTOMAS NG COLON CANCER
Anu-ano ang mga sintomas ng kanser sa bituka? Malamang na may kanser sa bituka ka kapag ikaw may mga sintomas na katulad ng mga sumusunod:

1. Pagkakaroon ng pagbabago sa iyong pagdumi, pagtatae o kahirapan sa pagdumi. Biglaang pagbabago sa itsura ng iyong dumi.
Pagdurugo ng puwet, pagkakaroon ng dugo sa dumi
2. Madalas na pagsakit ng tiyan, paghilab, kabag at iba pa
3. Panghihina o pagkahapo
4. Hindi maipaliwanag na pagbagsak ng timbang

TIPS SA PAG-IWAS SA COLON CANCER: Paraan Ng Pamumuhay

1. Pagkain Ng Maraming Plant-Based Na Pagkain
Ayon sa mga pag-aaral, maraming mga halamang pagkain, kabilang ang berries, plum, pomegranates, cruciferous na gulay, kamatis, bawang, turmeric, luya, soy, whole grains, at mushroom ang may potensyal na maiwasan at makontrol ang colon cancer. Ang mga produktong natural na dietary ay malawakang pinag-aaralan para sa pag-iwas sa colon cancer at maging sa pagkontrol nito.

Inilalahad ng pagsusuring ito ang mga potensyal na kakayahan ng mga halamang pagkain sa pag-iwas at pagkontrol sa colon cancer at ang kanilang bioactive components ayon sa epidemiological, experimental, at klinikal na pag-aaral, maging ang mga tiyak na case study. Iminumungkahi sa mga taong kumakain ng higit sa 90g (lutong timbang) ng p**a at processed na karne kada araw na bawasan ang pagkain nila nito sa 70g o mas mababa pa. Ang mga p**ang karne, tulad ng karne ng baka, kambing, at baboy ay magandang mapagkukunan ng protina, mga bitamina, at mineral at maaaring isama sa balanced diet. Gayunpaman, ang pagkain ng maraming p**a at processed na karne ay nakapagpapataas ng tyansa ng pagkakaroon ng cancer sa bituka (colore**al).

3. Bawasan Ang Pag-Inom Ng Alak
Itinala ng National Toxicology Program ng US Department of Health and Human Services na ang pagkonsumo ng mga alak ay kilala bilang carcinogen ng mga tao. Ang katamtaman hanggang sobrang pag-inom ng alak ay nauugnay sa 1.2 hanggang 1.5 na tyansa ng pagkakaroon ng cancer sa colon at tumbong kumpara sa mga hindi umiinom ng alak; at may isang matibay na siyentipikong ebidensya na sumusuporta sa konklusyong ito.

4. Tumigil Sa Paninigarilyo
Isa sa mga pinakamahuhusay gawi na maaaring gawin pagdating sa pag-iwas sa colon cancer ay ang pagtigil sa paninigarilyo. Ang mga naninigarilyo ay may 50% na mas mataas na tyansang magkaroon ng sakit na ito kaysa sa mga taong hindi naninigarilyo.

5. Panatilihin Ang Malusog Na Timbang At Magsagawa Ng Regular Na Ehersisyo
Ang pag-eehersisyo ay nakapagpapataas ng lebel ng antioxidant at nag-aayos ng DNA. Lion's Mane - The Nerve & Gut Protector

Lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom with medicinal values, which is also known as Monkey Head Mushroom or Hedgehog Mushroom.
