Ang Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) ay isang kondisyon kung saan ang mga ugat sa puso ay nagiging makitid o barado dahil sa taba at kolesterol. Kung mapabayaan, maaari itong mauwi sa heart attack o atake sa puso.

Tumataas ang tsansang magkaroon ng CAD ang mga:
๐Ÿ”ดObese o may sobrang timbang
๐Ÿ”ดMga naninigarilyo at umiinom ng alak
๐Ÿ”ดMay diabetes at altapresyon
๐Ÿ”ดMay mataas na kolesterol at dugo
๐Ÿ”ดMatatanda

Paraan upang maiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng CAD:
โœ…Kumain ng masustansyang pagkain
โœ…Mag-ehersisyo ng 30-60 minuto araw-araw
โœ…Huwag mag bisyo (yosi, v**e, at alak)
โœ…Regular na inumin ang maintenance na gamot
