To our valued patients visiting the Out-Patient Clinics, please be guided by the following updated policies to help ensure your safety and a smooth clinic experience:

🔹 1. Appointment & Pre-Screening Required
Please contact the clinic secretary ahead of your visit to book an appointment and undergo pre-screening.
📞 Updated contact numbers are listed below.

🔹 2. Mandatory Use of Surgical Face Mask
All patients and companions are required to wear a surgical face mask before entering and throughout your stay in the clinic.

🔹 3. One (1) Companion Policy
To maintain physical distancing and manage clinic traffic, only the following patients may be accompanied by one (1) person:

- Infants or minors

- Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)

- Senior Citizens

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to prioritize everyone’s health and safety. For any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
