The Catbalogan City Health Department is proud to announce that Barangay San Pablo has officially been accredited as a Level 1 Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility (AFHF) as of February 27, 2026!
This milestone was made possible through the visionary leadership of Mayor Dexter Uy and City Health Officer Dr. Ana Sophia Lim, Midwife May Dando, Punong Barangay Hon Vilma Palardon. This achievement reflects our city's unwavering commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental healthcare environment specifically tailored for our youth.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Sangguniang Barangay officials, our dedicated SK Leader Jammel Lloyd Tan, and the hardworking Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS). Your tireless efforts in community outreach and facility preparation were instrumental in meeting the rigorous Department of Health standards.
