10 March 2026 – Representatives from the Department of Health Region IV-A (CALABARZON) visited Cavite Naval Hospital to inspect previously donated medical supplies and equipment under the DOH- Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP).

The visit also provided an opportunity to discuss future initiatives and partnerships, further strengthening collaboration to enhance healthcare services for the Philippine Navy community.

IN PHOTOS | NATIONAL BUNTIS DAY CELEBRATION

10 March 2026 – In celebration of National Buntis Day, the Cavite Naval Hospital (CNH), through the Obstetrics and Gynecology Section, successfully conducted the 2026 Buntis Day Celebration with the theme “Traditional Roots and Innovations in Nurturing Mothers.”

The activity gathered expectant mothers from PN personnel and dependents for a meaningful morning of learning, support, and empowerment. The event highlighted the importance of safe motherhood and maternal health through informative discussions on HIV Awareness, Breastfeeding, High-Risk Pregnancy, Family Planning, Menopause, and HPV Awareness.

Participants also enjoyed interactive games, fun activities, and exciting giveaways, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere for the mothers-to-be.

Through this initiative, CNH continues its commitment to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of mothers and families in the Philippine Navy community.

LTC BAGNOL MC, Acting Commanding Officer, shared chocolates and flowers with our nurses, doctors, and staff as a simple gesture that brought smiles to all.

This month of love, the CNH HACT Team showed that true care means protection comes first by distributing free contraceptives to all. A timely Valentine’s reminder to love wisely, care deeply, and stay protected. 🤭

In this season of hearts, CNH reminds us that genuine care is best expressed through both thoughtfulness and responsibility.

Cavite Naval Hospital once again takes pride in receiving the Unit of the Year – Health Services Category, along with the award given to two of our own, Dr. Irynne U. Danganan and Ms. Diane Marie L. Giron, as Civilian Human Resource of the Year during the celebration of Naval Installation and Facilities-Cavite’s 54th Founding Anniversary.

Cavite Naval Hospital was also recently honored as the Nursing Service Unit of the Year (Hospital Category) by the Philippine Navy Nursing Service during its 70th Founding Anniversary.

This prestigious recognition reflects the hospital’s unwavering dedication to sustaining force readiness and ensuring quality nursing service, all under the strong and visionary leadership of COL JANICE N BATISLA-ONG NC (GSC).

This milestone comes in the same month that CNH was also named Best Military Treatment Facility of the Year, proving once again that excellence is not a one-time act, but a consistent pursuit.

Excellence in Uniform 🎖️

From the halls of service to the forefront of excellence: 1LT RUEL E GANIGAN NC and 1LT ALVIN CESAR G RONDON MAC of Cavite Naval Hospital have successfully completed the Technical and Administrative Service Officer Basic Course (TASOBC) CL 46-2025, marking a significant milestone in their military careers. Their graduation stands as a proof to their discipline and commitment to the noble calling of service.

A special commendation goes to 1LT GANIGAN NC who not only completed the course but also emerged as Top 2 of the class and was awarded Best in Group Staff Study. A proud feat that reflects both academic excellence and leadership potential.
