VIBE LGBT Community Center was materialize with the goal of a holistic and effective social services provisions to the LGBT Community, the Cebu United Rainbow LGBTIQ+ Sector (CURLS) is organizing a community-led and volunteers-run facility catering LGBT-focus basic services.
Visibility – We want LGBTIQs to come out and be recognized as equal.
Inclusion – We want a safe space where the LGBTIQs feel belongingness and acceptance.
Being – We want the identities of the LGBTIQs to be self-actualized and attend to its specific needs enhancing their quality of life.
Empowerment – We want that the LGBTIQs can fully exercise their rights to bring out their great potentials.

The Objective of VIBE is:
· To raise awareness on SOGIE Rights of existing groups in Cebu;
· To address health inequalities experienced by LGBTIQ individuals and communities in Cebu;
· To contribute in addressing discrimination of LGBTIQ people in Cebu;
· To lobby SOGIE-affirmative public policies;
· To complement existing LGBTIQ-responsive public and private programs;
· To promote creativity and appreciation of unique LGBTIQ culture;
· To involve LGBTIQ individuals to a meaningful interaction with their community and social life;
· To affirm and exercise of civil liberties and human rights; and
· To generate unique, customized and innovative basic services specific to the YKP, MSM and TG community.
