One of our dear blocmates Cassie Turtoga from Talisay was greatly affected by Typhoon Tino last November 4, 2025. They sustained house damages and lost all of their belongings including important documents, appliances, clothes, and gadgets in the unexpected flash flood.

In hopes to further support Cassie and her family, we are continuing to conduct the donation drive for their family to alleviate their situation. The donations will be used to provide for their basic needs and necessary house repairs. Any amount will make a big difference in helping them get back to their feet.

Sharing this post is still very helpful too so we could reach more kind-hearted individuals and groups.

𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞

With your help, we were able to assist our block mate and extend your donations personally to others affected by Bagyong Tino on November 22, 2025.

In the spirit of transparency, here's where your contributions went. We were able to raise ₱4,364.00 that went into the distribution of food packs to Cassie's family and residents of Lawaan II, which are currently taking shelter at the 2nd Floor of Talisay Sports/Activity Center. We also received in-kind donations of rice, clothes, and bottled water.

One of our dear blocmates Cassie Turtoga from Talisay was unfortunately affected by Typhoon Tino. Their house sustained damages and they lost a lot of important documents, IDs, and even all of her gadgets in the unexpected flash flood. The typhoon has been a distressing event for a lot of us and we want to help her and other who were gravely affected.

In hopes to alleviate their situation, we are launching a donation drive for them and their relatives and other family members. The donations will be used to provide their basic needs for the coming days. Any cash or in-kind donation is warmly welcomed.
