I'm the kind of person who goes nuts when interrupted with any task I'm doing at hand (OCness attacks 🙈)..

But when I became a mother, it really try not to get it into me because, whether I like it or not, kids are really going to demand for my attention every chance their get (which is practically ALL THE TIME 🤣).

When this happens, I just go with the flow. I tell myself this is not permanent. They won't be kids for so long... Someday, they won't need me as much anymore and I will have all the time for myself. And, besides, there 24hrs in a day. I can have my 'me-time', any time of day. 😉

So, if you're struggling with balancing your family-care and self-care, know that you are not alone. You are where you're supposed to be - to grow and bloom beautifully. 😊

When you are a mom with two toddlers and got a lot on her plate like me, we don't need hours of workout to get pumped and start our day with a boost of energy.😁💪

What I do to break a sweat.
My daily routine goes like this:

20min affirmation+stretching
10min yoga salutation
6min hiit workout

That is a little over 30mins to get your heart rate up and sweat to give that boost of energy thru the day. It also helps you get a good night's sleep too.

And, oh, don't forget to hydrate!
💦Water... Water... Water!!!!💦 😉

We're halfway thru the week!! L*z goooow, healthy buddies! 😍
