At first i was apprehensive to join the C9 program because i thought i would feel tired during the program, knowing that i' the only one taking care of my husband and doing all the chores,, i might not be able to function well. But i was wrong, during the program, although it was challenging during the first 2 days but i survived, until the end. This is the result.
