— grow ✨glimmers✨ in your life to feel less anxious amid triggers and disasters such as earthquakes. when you habitually and intentionally notice micro-moments of sunshine, joy, awe, and positive experiences, you are planting seeds of happiness. remember that sometimes there are triggers and difficulties like disasters that just can’t be avoided, but you can actively seek out positive moments and pierce through life’s gloomy darkness. what are the things that have brought you little joys lately? one of my glimmers is sharing moments with my cats, Mavro and Stormi 🦋
