Prevent Mpox: Protect Yourself & Others 🛡️
Mpox is a viral infection that can spread through close contact, contaminated objects, and respiratory droplets. With cases rising in the Philippines, it’s important to stay informed and vigilant.

✅ Here’s how you can prevent Mpox:

✔️ Avoid close contact with anyone showing rash or flu-like symptoms
✔️ Do not touch scabs, lesions, or contaminated items like bedding or clothing
✔️ Practice good hygiene – wash hands frequently with soap and water or use alcohol-based sanitizer
✔️ Wear a mask in crowded places, especially if you’re around someone who is sick
✔️ Clean and disinfect surfaces regularly
✔️ Avoid sharing personal items (utensils, towels, etc.)

🚨 Seek medical attention if you experience:
• Fever, swollen lymph nodes
• Headache, body aches
