Salamat, BINI Aiah! 💖

Aiah of P-pop girl group BINI showed true bayanihan spirit as she visited the Philippine Red Cross Cebu Chapter’s Emergency Operations Center, meeting and encouraging Red Cross Youth volunteers who have been tirelessly repacking and distributing relief goods for quake-affected families.

Beyond her visit, the proud Cebuana also organized a donation drive, raising funds and donating 783 pieces of 2-meter sakoline — durable waterproof sheets used as temporary roofing and ground cover for families who lost their homes in the earthquake.

Thank you, Aiah, for bringing hope and compassion to your fellow Cebuanos. ❤️🤍

𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 | On the 20th and 21st day of September, a 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 was held at 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙬𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙈𝘼 – 𝙒𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨. This course gave 𝘼𝙉𝙎-𝙎𝙋𝙍𝘾𝙔 the chance to interact more with other councils.

Even though our Intramurals were postponed for days, that didn't 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑 𝒖𝒔 from doing our best and sharing the fun! Despite the delays and unexpected changes of schedule, our booth still turned out to be a success. We sold lots of our handmade merchandise —𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒌𝒆𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒔, 𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒔, 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒕𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒖𝒛𝒛𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔. The money we gained truly helped us a lot.

Even with a few setbacks, this experience reminded us that 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 and 𝒅𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 can make anything 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆. We may have faced challenges, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 we still ended up winning in our own way — by growing closer as an organization and working toward a goal that may helps others.

‼️ ALERT: Power outage and tsunami warning in Davao Oriental ‼️
The area is currently experiencing a power outage and is under a tsunami warning following the recent seismic activity.

According to Tsunami Information No. 1, a destructive tsunami is expected, with life-threatening wave heights reaching more than one meter above the normal sea level.

📢 PHIVOLCS advises residents:
🚫 Stay away from the beach and coastal areas
🏃 Move farther inland or to higher ground immediately
🚤 Boat owners: Secure your vessels and avoid waterfront areas
⚠️ Vessels already at sea: Stay in deep waters until the all-clear is given
