We have set up a water level alert system. The guards will be monitoring the water level at the corner of Eagle and Falcon. The first alert means the flooding at Sparrow has most likely started and is already not passable at Eagle/Falcon by any type of vehicle. The second alert will be the evacuation of some streets specially Sparrow and the tip of Woodpecker. The guards will be using their whistles and megaphone to sound out the alarm to all concerned villagers.
Please take note that the Whistler route will automatically be opened by the guards when the Eagle/Falcon streets are flooded.
If you need to evacuate or have an emergency, a rescue boat is on standby. You may use any of our social media platforms or call the numbers above to reach us.
If you need shelter, you and your family are welcome to stay at the clubhouse. We will provide a water station at the least.
You can also choose to park your cars (at your own risk) at the basketball court, first come first served. But please be reminded that Kingfisher street is also prone to flooding although the basketball court isn’t.
May we ask each and everyone to make sure their trash bins are not outside on the curb? This is to ensure that our drains will not be overwhelmed by the trash while it hasn’t been collected. Thank you!
