The Department would like to express its sincere gratitude to one of our most dedicated attending physicians, Dr. Noel Belonguel, for taking the initiative to give our hardworking residents a much-needed rest from the stresses within the confines of the hospital.

His thoughtful gesture served as a meaningful reminder that while medicine demands dedication and perseverance, it is equally important to allow ourselves moments of rest and renewal.

A great physician not only knows how to work tirelessly in the service of patients but also understands the value of balance.

Thank you, Dr. Belonguel, for reminding us that a sound body fosters a sound mind, and for continually looking after the welfare of our residents.
