1. Report Analyst
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s or college degree (Bachelor of Science, Computer Science)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of working knowledge and technical understanding of business reporting and management principles, concepts, and practices preferably within the call center, business process outsourcing or customer service industry
• 1.5-2 years of data analytics experience required
• Deep to Expert Knowledge in the following: Microsoft Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face-to-face presentations
• Experience in business writing (process documentation) and providing training based on your documentation.
• Willing to work on the Graveyard shift

2. Facilities Officer
• Not mandatory to have a higher education degree to undertake a Facilities Officer role
• Mechanical courses or mechanical experience.

3. IT Software Engineer
• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year experience in VoIP administration/design/support
• Has basic knowledge of Avaya IPO, Avaya Aura and other VoIP-related technologies

4. Compliance Associate
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program with a current, unrestricted license as an RN in the Philippines preferably with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO-related processes
Minimum 6 months work experience in the related field is required for this position
Good attention to detail, articulate, analytical, good planning and problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
