Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao, we’ll invite honesty, clarity, and intention for the weeks ahead. Together, we’ll share space for meditation, reflection, and a circle of connection—closing with a cleansing and balancing Reiki Sound Bath.

A grounding morning practice that brings breath and body into harmony. We’ll flow with awareness through yoga, then melt into deep relaxation as you are guided into savasana with a soothing sound bath—featuring a variety of healing instruments.

- Breath + Sound | 7 September | 9am
A nurturing space to pause, release, and return to presence. This beginner-friendly session is for anyone seeking to clear tension, let go of stored emotions, or simply reconnect with their breath. We will close with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind.

**Pregnant women and those on their moon cycle are welcome — a gentle alternative breathing practice will be offered for you.

- Beginners are always welcome
