Cebu Pharmacists Association is the local chapter of the Philippine Pharmacists Association, the umbrella organization of Registered Pharmacists in the Philippines. Under the Association are the attached professional organizations representing the different fields of pharmacy practice such as the community, hospital, industrial and manufacturing sectors pharmaceutical and veterinary products and the academe.

Cebu City and nearby towns, especially the northern Cebu provinces, continue to experience strong aftershocks, some so intense they feel like another earthquake.

Through partnerships with various organizations, we have successfully completed our second wave of relief operations, delivering a total of 800 relief packs across both waves.

With this, ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐š๐ง ๐ž๐ง๐. We sincerely thank everyone who shared their kindness, time, and resources to make this mission possible.

As of this report, we have a remaining balance of โ‚ฑ3,589.65, which will be used to continue supporting families and communities in Cebu and other earthquake-affected areas. Donations received after October 10 will be reported separately and will go toward providing more aid and support to those still rebuilding their lives in Cebu and other earthquake-affected provinces.

When Cebu was struck by a 6.9 magnitude earthquake and several aftershocks, we witnessed once again the bayanihan spirit of the Filipino people, especially the resilient people of Cebu, who continued to help others even while enduring their own losses, sleeping in open fields, and facing fear and uncertainty.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported this donation drive. Through your generosity, we were able to provide complete wellness kits containing hygiene essentials, medicines, food, and water, worth P300 per pack, offering comfort and care to those who need it most during this difficult time.

The people of Cebu still need help, but the association, together with other private/public organizations and LGUs, can take it from here, continuing the mission of recovery and support for our affected communities.

With this, we formally conclude our donation drive, grateful for the kindness, unity, and compassion shared by all.
