3 Cucumber Slices
6-8 Mint Leaves

- Add all but the gin to the glass, lightly muddle and add ice.
- Throw in your gin and top with more ice.
- Garnished with freshly spanked mint and a fancy cucumber ribbon rolled on a cocktail pick.

„Fly as Me“ by

1.5oz SelvaRey coconut rum
0.75oz Lime juice -> https://cocktail-society.com/barkeeping/lime-juice-cocktails-guide/
0.5oz Aged rum
0.25oz Peach liqueur
0.5oz Coconut water
0.5oz Toasted coconut syrup (homemade)
2 dashes orange bitters

Garnish: orange peel toucan, lime wheel, pineapple leaves, cherry
Method: add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a small scoop of pebble ice. Shake to chill and aerate and dirty dump (no straining) into a chilled rocks glass. Top with pebble ice, garnish, and enjoy!
