Covid-19 is hitting way too close to everyone's home. With a sad heart but with strong faith in the Heavenly Father, today I kneel down in prayer, asking for a full recovery of those with Covid-19 and Lord I'm asking You to protect & cover us with your healing hands. And give more strength to all the frontliners who are exhausted but not giving up. And to those who lost their loved ones from this dreadful virus, I pray Almighty God for your grace, mercy and loving embrace. Restore the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds.

I want to ask that you put this prayer message on your status, for at least one day. Let us be in unity.

May God bless us!
In Jesus mighty name....
Amen🙏🙏🙏

Batang Pinoy, SANA TALL....Iwas Stunting, SAMA ALL..

July is nutrition month and we are again reminded of the FIRST 1000 days....malnutriton during pregnancy until the age 2 will have an effect to a child's height in the future...

I often encounter this question, “unsa ang maayo nga Vitamin para sa ako anak?” (what is the best Vitamin for my child?)...

I often encounter this question, “unsa ang maayo nga Vitamin para sa ako anak?” (what is the best Vitamin for my child?)

Remember ✌️ points

☑️Vitamins are not given routinely, either you give vitamins to avoid or to correct a deficiency.

☑️TIMING- A specific vitamin or a nutrient is also given when it is most needed. (critical period)

Timing —-the 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬, the period from conception to the age of two years. This is a critical period for child’s development that any deficiency that may happen during this time would have a negative impact on brain development, over-all physical growth (stunting) and even the development of adult-onset diseases. Some effects are irreversible even when nutrition is improved after 1000 days.

The FIRST 1000 DAYS, the window of opportunity and why is it important….

We do not wait for a deficiency to happen, we prevent it. ☺️
